Green tea is an unfermented tea. It is produced by panning
freshly picked leaves of a Camellia Sinensis tree at high
temperature for a short period of time to stop oxidation before
it starts, which also preserves most of the Polyphennols. Today,

(EGCG) is the key chemical compound that provides numerous
